I want to see you in a house.
Owning a primary residence changed my life. It stabilized my housing cost and allowed me to put down roots without fear of being displaced. I could access equity and more freely plan for my future family.
The resources below are completely free and will help you find assistance programs that make purchasing a home more accessible.
With that in mind, I encourage you to register for whichever states you'd consider living as you never know which programs will work best for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a primary homeowner different from an investor?
A primary homeowner plans to live in the property for AT LEAST one year. Every program will have different requirements, but all contain a timeframe of personal residency.
What does it mean to be a first time home buyer?
For most programs it means you have never bought a property before or you haven't owned any property for the last three years.
Can I use the property as a rental?
Potentially! Every program discussed will have different requirements and allowed applications. It all depends on the program.
So what should I do if I want to invest but not live in the property?
The phase of my plan that focuses on investors is PHASE 2: Simple Real Estate Membership where I'm able to individually coach. Enrollment for that program is currently closed, but will open again in June 2025.
How will I get the information?
Whenever there are new videos, all registrants for that particular state course will be notified by email. So make sure to register for every state you're interested in!
