As Research & Operations Lead, Zhaire supports the educational mission of Simple Real Estate through research, content development, and behind-the-scenes operations. She conducts research on Down Payment Assistance programs, and real estate resources that help create informative content for the community. Zhaire also helps manage operational processes that keep projects moving and ensure members receive valuable, up-to-date information through our Neighborhood Newsletter.
